Because my Candles are All Natural and contain Coconut Oil ndepending on weather they can slightly be a little sweaty when delivered. Just put the Candle is the refrigerator and it will harden. Unless the Candles comes in broken by USPS we do not except refunds. if you show me a picture of the Candle I will send you a new Candle. Thank you.
